Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange collection or return.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Approved refunds are processed within <strong>3-7 business days<\/strong> to your original payment method (M-PESA, card or mobile money). Where a replacement is preferred, we will ship it once the returned item is received and inspected.<\/p>\n<h2>Return Shipping<\/h2>\n<p>If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping.
